113. Book Review | The Soul of the World by Roger Scruton

While I have no problem looking at the world and seeing the spiritual realm as well. I am not a materialist. But, for those who are, this book will bring that out of you.

In The Soul of the World, Roger Scruton explores the spirit behind the music, art, and architecture and in doing so makes an argument for a human soul as well. There is little to no mention of God, and he still is able to show how a spirit can emanate from the physical.

If you want to be able to answer materialists, check out this book and dive into one of the greatest philosophers, and definitely one of the greatest of modern times.
