Young adults seem to want all the freedoms of adulthood while not accepting the responsibility. This idea aims to find a balance between the institutions of the individual and government that makes the societal expectations of adults clear.

The Fair Tax has made waves in Washington, but there aren't many people talking about it as an alternative to the Income Tax. Instead, many people are talking about Tax Cuts, Tax Reform or the Flat Tax. This book gives you all the reasons why we should turn away from the Income Tax and toward a consumption tax, namely the Fair Tax. DEBATE: In light of the recent shooting, it seemed necessary to explain both the principal and philosophy behind the 2nd Amendment and the pragmatic and utilitarian arguments in favor of it.
The Free State Project has committed itself to making New Hampshire a beacon for freedom and example of liberty. Thousands of people have committed to moving to New Hampshire to take part in this project, and Liberty Forum is there a conference that helps them bring people into the project. In a land where every person is supposed to be equal, the fact that one man stands in front of the country each year to be lauded for the accomplishments of each individual is stupid and imperialistic. It gives the office of the Presidency the appearance of Monarchy and diminishes the accomplishments of the individual Americans who made the real difference. Since it seems America will never return to a letter from the President to Congress about the State of the Union, it seems necessary to evaluate the speech as it is.
This book by Thomas Sowell has short essays on topics of all sorts. Some are common debates, but others are niche problems that are often not addressed in common dialogue. Check it out and let me know what you think!

As you know, at the Conversation of Our Generation, we are trying to build a dialogue and discuss the ideas that affect our society, culture, politics and philosophy. As we discuss the ideas that will define our generation, it is important to look back at the foundations of thought. This book is great for understanding how the dialogue developed and how these ideas are still relevant today.
To expand upon Conservative Libertarianism, here is a book that defines Conservatism well. I recommend checking it out, but watch the video to see why.
It is necessary to understand power and authority when discussing politics. Each one influences the discourse in different ways, and understanding the differences allows for a more exact discussion on the topics.
