In a time when man seems to be conquering issues that formerly seemed insurmountable, the humility to understand when something cannot be changed is rare. This acceptance of hints that cannot be changed allows us to focus on what can be changed. It also trains us to have less stressful lives by not worrying about things that we cannot affect. By focusing on the things we can change and forgetting those we can’t, we not only make progress in manageable places, but we also save us some premature wrinkles!
