15. Predicting The End Of Bureaucracy

Since the Industrial Revolution, both businesses and government have grown into behemoth bureaucracies. I see the digital age as a tool for changing that. Also, I begin my quote of the week series and we pay tribute to those who have sacrificed their lives for the freedom we enjoy every day.
