John Locke was an influential Enlightenment thinker whose work inspired many of the Founding Fathers. Locke was a philosopher and is commonly regarded as the Father of Liberalism. Since his work has come up in other discussions, like the one I had with Dr. Yenor. Plus, Locke was a focal point of my conversation with Brooke Medina from the John Locke Foundation. Because he's top of mind, and because we're ready to tear apart anything anyone tries to build in our society, I wanted to discuss Two Treatises on Government to learn how to criticize government.

Problems with Money | What Has Government Done to Our Money by Murray Rothbard
Today we will be talking about what government has done with our money. Or better yet, the book: What Has Government Done To Our Money by Murray Rothbard. And, the reason I want to talk about this today is because I think it gives us a good basis and a good understanding of how to understand money at the basic level and how that interact our government. 187. The Common Sense We Need | Book Review
Common sense is in short supply nowadays. People are up in arms about politics, but should we be? Well, Thomas Paine explains his case for rebellion, and I can say we're nowhere close to that. 184. Crazy Elections in America’s Past
This year's election is no doubt one of the most interesting we've had, and certainly unique. Trump's presidency was notable in many ways, and that continued through the 2020 election. With all the chaos and confusion around this election, I thought it would be good to take a look at some crazy elections in the past. That way, we can use lessons from history and apply them to our current circumstance. So, I sat down with Kenny Ryan from the Abridged Presidential Histories Podcast to dive into a few insane elections. If you'd like to learn more about his podcast, you can check that out here.
Politics – All About It
A lack of knowledge doesn't stop people from offering their ideas - however misguided they may be. It's also too common to hear questions like "Why is it important to be involved in politics?" Or, "What is politics and why is it important?" That's why I'm putting this together to offer a guide to learning and discussing the topic. That way, you can educate yourself on the topic an be able to speak to it and defend your position.

182. What Divides Libertarians – My Conversation with Sean Boston
What divides libertarians is often just degrees of liberty that should be allowed and tactics of how to achieve those ends. Mainly, libertarians argue over how to vote, or even if they should. Also, they argue over the minutiae of many minor disagreements, instead of finding where they have common ground. Instead, they should focus on how to move forward on what they agree on.
180. Talking Politics And Virtue
In our society, politics has jumped to the front of most everyone's mind. Despite its prominence in our lives, it seems that many people don't know how to talk about it.
